Her mother had been struck by a car. Today, at one year old, Ada thrives at our Tchimpounga Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Centre. She plays with her best friends, explores the forest, and has found safety and hope. Today, we continue her mission of compassion by rescuing orphaned chimpanzees like Ada – a three-month-old baby found alone on a roadside after her mother was killed. At the Tchimpounga Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Centre, we provide: Life-saving veterinary care and rehabilitation; Safe spaces for recovery, play, and second chances; Long-term sanctuary protection for chimpanzees with nowhere else to turn.
