A.P.E. Fund From Our Garden Your Garden Stratford, Ontario Classrooms in our school will plant and grow corn, bean, and squash (the 3 sisters) plants to learn more about indigenous gardening. We will also include some herbs plants that are native to our area. These plants will then be offered to school families to be planted in their home gardens. They will learn about biodiversity and how important it is to ensure native plants are a part of the ecosystem. We are collaborating with another class in our school to create art and host an art show to raise funds and awareness to support the local rescue, K9 Advocates Manitoba. View project
