We have started some crops, but we do not have funds to continue on for this next year. We plan to use the funds to purchase seeds, berry bushes, and a load of soil to fill our beds. Indigenous knowledge is combined with innovative forest techniques to re-establish native biodiversity and combat climate change. View project Biodiversity Loss (Animals) School Garden and Wildlife/Bird Observation Station I would love to increase the size of our tiny school garden so that we can begin to provide some fresh food options for our school breakfast and lunch program in the spring (fresh greens) and fall (squash, tomatoes, potatoes).
